Grand Concert NAFOW Accommodations
Featuring Bethesda based Penrhyn Male Voice Choir , directed by Owain Arwel, guest soloist Gwawr Edwards and apperance by Welsh actor John Ogwen. An evening not to be missed. Opening Concert  NWAF Awards Gala Banquet
Featuring Calan ~ this young vibrant 5 piece fiddle band brings traditional Welsh folk music into the 21st century promises a fun-filled and spirited evening.
NWAF Awards Banquet and Entertainment ~ Presentation of the 2015 National Welsh American Foundation Award winner AdaMae Lewis, with performances by the 2014 National Eisteddfod Blue Riband winner Meinir Wyn Roberts.
 Eisteddfod Competition Gymanfa Ganu
We encourage you to participate in this time honored tradition, enter to compete in the NAFOW Eisteddfod and show off your talents. Competitions in singing and recitation, for all ages and skill levels, see entry form for details to enter competitions.  The 84th Welsh National Gymanfa Ganu, literally a "song gathering" held Sunday afternoon and evening , congregational hymn singing in both Welsh and English. Held at the Southern Theatre. Singing will be led by Owain Arwel, accompanist David Enlow. This event  is included in a Festival Pass or click here for Sunday Only (Gymanfa) Tickets.
Tours Seminars, Workshops & more
 As part of the festival, we will be running two tours on Thursday and Monday, allowing participants to get a feel for the local history, culture and natural beauty of the area.  Explore Granville, the Welsh Hills and Liking County and experiance  the Welsh Imprint on the Landscape of South East Ohio,   Read full tour description... Speakers from Wales and North America on topics including Welsh language, poetry, literature, music, dance, films, customs, geneology, carving and spinning demonstrations, the150th anniversary of the Welsh colony in Patgonia, a production of "That Was Bob" the Bob Evans Story, plus a "Say Something in Welsh" meet up and much more.  See full schedule for more details...

Opening Ceremony ~  A warm welcome and a musical performance from acclaimed Welsh Tenor, Dafydd Edwards to help Welcome the festival to Columbus!

Marketplace & Tea Room ~ purchase Welsh souvenirs and speak to representatives of Welsh groups in the Marketplace, meet friends for a cup of tea and Welsh cakes in the Tea Room. Lovespoon carving, rugby and spinning demonstrations are planned.  Marketplace and  Advertising Forms for vendors interested in reserving a space or advertising in the NAFOW 2015  Souvenir program.

The Affiliated Welsh Organizations Roundtable ~ This annual meeting is your chance to meet with other local Welsh representatives.

Informal Singing ~ Finish every memorable evening singing Welsh hymns and old favorites.
The North American Festival of Wales is held in a different location each year, in either the US or Canada on  the shared Labor Day holiday weekend. Prepare yourself for four full days of song, merriment and camaraderie with old and new friends, celebrating the life, heritage and culture of Wales in Columbus, Ohio known as the "biggest small town in America".
